MSP Science Makes Greenhouses

scienceMrs. Nikki Breland’s 7th grade Science class has been learning about “Plant Processes and Reproduction.”  Students learned about the process of photosynthesis with a fun, hands-on activity.  Each student was able to make their own “greenhouse” out of a ziplok bag, radish seeds, potting soil, and water.  We placed the greenhouse bags outside to obtain sunlight.  The students checked on their plant weekly, and were able to see some awesome growth happening before their eyes!  We had lots of fun constructing this experiment and watching it come together in the end.
