Attendance Initiative Winners

Poplarville School District held an Attendance Initiative contest for students in the month of November. Prizes were given to students whose name were drawn from a pool of all perfect attendance students from each school. The Poplarville Lower Elementary winners were Maden and Juliana who won new bikes with helmets (pictured above). The winners at the Poplarville Upper Elementary, Middle School of Poplarville, and Poplarville High School each won a new Chromebook.  Pictured below are Lydia (PUE winner), Jonathan (MSP winner), and Malik (PHS winner). Congratulations all. Pictured with the students is Superintendent Carl Merritt. Mr. Merritt wore camouflage and even dyed his beard green in celebration.
