PHS / MSP Archery Teams Compete

The Poplarville High School and Middle School Archery Teams held their first meet of the year against Picayune Memorial High School. The two teams competed Monday at the high school gym. For Poplarville High School, the high scoring males were ​Mike Strickland – 264, Dakota Rocko – 261, Dakota Yates – 257, and Kole Davis – 248. The high scoring females were Kaycee Castaing – 252, Kaitlyn Barber – 243, Hope Necaise – 235 and Jill Hudnall – 229. The next archery meet will be the South State Competition held in Columbia.  Members of the middle school archery team are shown competing in Monday's match.
