MSP Students Stick it to the Principal!

The students at the Middle School of Poplarville who had 96% or above attendance from November 10th – December 18th had the chance to “Duct-Tape-The-Principal.” Principal Heidi Dillon challenged her students to attend school every day during November and December. She agreed that students that reached the 96% attendance goal would have the chance to duct tape her to the gym wall.

Random names, of those students that qualified, were drawn. Each student was allowed to use a piece of duct tape to help cocoon the principal to the gym wall. It was an act in hilarity that really got the attention of the kids and really motivated them to attend school!
