Hornets on Path for District Champs

The Poplarville Varsity football team has had much success this season.  Their record is 6-1 (2-0 District) and have already clinched a playoff spot for the 2013 season. The upcoming game St. Stanislaus is one of the most anticipated games of the year, due to the fact that the winner is predicted to win District 8-4A. The defensive side of the Hornets is doing a great job this year, as they have allowed less than 100 points. The offense of the Hornets has also contributed, putting up over 250 points so far this season. The Rock-A-Chaws come in to Poplarville having an undefeated record, with over 300 points scored in the season, and 114 points given up on defense. The game is Friday, October 18, 2013 in Poplarville @7:00 P.M. Hope to see you all there, as it should be a great game. GO HORNETS!
