The Gifted Education program in the Poplarville School District has a rich history of providing unique learning opportunities for students, and the 2018-19 school year will be no different. Students will be exposed to a variety of engaging and thought provoking units of study throughout the year including career exploration, visual and performing arts. Mission Statement
The mission of the Poplarville School District gifted program is to ensure that Intellectually Gifted children as defined by the Mississippi Department of Education are offered appropriate educational experiences in grades 2-6 that are qualitatively different from those available in the regular classroom. The Quest Program is committed to providing a differentiated curriculum designed to challenge students and create a learning environment that will allow them to realize their full potential.
